Nightingale announces issuance of bonus warrants in connection with extension of loan facility

    MARKHAM, ON, Aug. 7 /CNW/ - Nightingale Informatix Corporation
("Nightingale" or the "Company"), (TSX-V: NGH) is pleased to announce that it
today received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange to issue an aggregate
of 4,233,870 warrants (the "Warrants") to Wellington Financial LP and Export
Development Canada (the "Lenders") in connection with the previously announced
amendment to the Company's subordinated debt financing agreements with the
Lenders, which extended the term of the loans to June 29, 2012. Each Warrant
is exercisable for one common share in the capital of the Company at an
exercise price of $0.31 per common share for a period of three years.
    The Warrants and the common shares to be issued upon exercise of the
Warrants are subject to a hold period that expires on December 8, 2009.
