Nightingale announces Electronic Medical Record agreements with three Ontario-based clinics



    Company signs contracts totaling $860,000 to support 41 OntarioMD
    funded physicians

    MARKHAM, ON, Oct. 24 /CNW/ - Nightingale Informatix Corporation
("Nightingale" or the "Company") (TSX-V: NGH), a healthcare Application
Service Provider (ASP) of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, today
announced contracts totaling approximately $860,000 in aggregate to provide
its EMR solution to a total of 41 OntarioMD funded physicians at clinics in
Scarborough, London and Arnprior, Ontario.
    "These contract wins demonstrate our success in building on our status as
an OntarioMD approved Clinical Management System provider, and emphasize the
technology leadership of our EMR offering," said Sam Chebib, President and CEO

and expect this growth momentum to continue. Adoption of EMR is increasing
rapidly in Ontario, and as additional governmental funding becomes available,
we will continue to leverage our contract with OntarioMD to maintain our

    Under the terms of the agreements, Nightingale will license its EMR
solution to each clinic, supply associated hardware and provide
implementation, training and maintenance services. The initial contracts are
for a three-year term, with an option to renew.
