NHL Awards Auction Benefits Canadian Diabetes Association



    TORONTO, June 6 /CNW/ - The Canadian Diabetes Association is pleased to
announce, as part of the kick off to the 25th anniversary celebration of the
NHL Awards benefitting the Canadian Diabetes Association, the opening of NHL
Awards Auction.
    The auction, which closes on June 19, 2008, can be accessed at
auction.nhl.com by selecting the "NHL Awards Auction" button at the bottom
left of the page.
    The NHL Awards Auction in support of the Canadian Diabetes Association is
operated by Frameworth Sports Marketing. Items up for auction include:

    
    -   Framed 16x20 print signed by Sidney Crosby and Mario Lemieux
    -   Very rare Sidney Crosby memorabilia, including early jersey's
    -   Rare Wayne Gretzky jerseys
    -   Wayne Gretzky, Gordie Howe, Mario Lemieux, Bobby Orr packages
    -   "Pond of Dreams" limited edition print signed by Gretzky, Howe,
        Lemieux
