Nexient Learning Appoints Doug Lawson as Chief Financial Office

of Doug Lawson as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Nexient, Doug was
Chief Operating Officer of EARTHFresh Foods Corp., a multi-million dollar
produce company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.
    Doug brings a diverse range of industry experience to Nexient across
differing sizes of businesses including Molson Breweries, a TSE listed
manufacturing company, an Internet solutions provider and as a consultant to a
number of start-up and early stage businesses. Doug's expertise in strategic
business planning, operations management and financial analysis will be
important elements in Nexient's drive to better serve its customers and
