Strengthening relationships with consumers, one customer at a time
THUNDER BAY, ON, June 25 /CNW/ - Today, Tim Currie, Assistant Vice
President of Allstate Insurance Company of Canada, was on hand to celebrate
the grand opening of the new Allstate Insurance Agency in Thunder Bay.
"We wouldn't be the company we are today if customers in Ontario didn't
choose to be insured with us," said Currie. "Allstate has always tried to do
more for its customers, and the opening of our new Allstate Insurance Agency
in Thunder Bay, is just another step as part of our commitment to respond to
the changing needs and demands of our customers."
The Allstate Insurance Agency will be made up of a team of experienced
and knowledgeable Allstate agents who will each be accountable for managing
specific aspects of a customers needs. There will be;
- An Allstate Agent who will create and develop the relationship at new
- An Allstate Agent who will expand the relationship by identifying
additional features to meet changing and evolving insurance needs;
- An Allstate Agent who will strengthen the relationship at renewal and
provide customer service and support.
Bill Ukrainec, Agency Manager added, "For over 50 years Allstate has been
providing insurance protection for the families of Thunder Bay and
Northwestern Ontario. The recent transition to our new Allstate Insurance
Agency in the McIntyre Centre is just another step to ensure we provide the
best customer service to the families we insure."
There are now 26 new Allstate Insurance Agencies open for business in
Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick, including one in Sault Ste. Marie and one
in Sudbury. Additional Allstate Insurance Agencies will open in Nova Scotia,
Ontario, Quebec and Alberta throughout 2008.
