New Allstate Insurance Agency open for business in Sault Ste Marie



    Strengthening relationships with consumers, one customer at a time

    SAULT STE. MARIE, ON, June 26 /CNW/ - Today, Tim Currie, Assistant Vice
President of Allstate Insurance Company of Canada, was on hand to celebrate
the grand opening of the new Allstate Insurance Agency in Sault Ste. Marie.
    "We are very excited to be opening another Allstate Insurance Agency in
Ontario," said Currie. "At Allstate, we are committed to offering the right
products at the appropriate price and now our new Agency allows us to also
offer the right Agent at the right time. This new structure gives us the tools
to provide consistent, high quality service to each customer in every
community we do business."
    The Allstate Insurance Agency will be made up of a team of experienced
and knowledgeable Allstate agents who will each be accountable for managing
specific aspects of a customers needs. There will be;

    
    -  An Allstate Agent who will create and develop the relationship at new
       business;
    -  An Allstate Agent who will expand the relationship by identifying
       additional features to meet changing and evolving insurance needs; and
    -  An Allstate Agent who will strengthen the relationship at renewal and
       provide customer service and support.
    

    Mark Michel, Agency Manager added, "Today marks a new beginning for
Allstate in Sault Ste. Marie. The commitment of our team of agents to our
customers is evident any time some one calls into the office or comes into
make a payment and that is what will make our Sault Ste. Marie Agency a
success."
    There are now 26 new Allstate Insurance Agencies open for business in
Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick, including one in Thunder Bay and one in
Sudbury. Additional Allstate Insurance Agencies will open in Nova Scotia,
Ontario, Quebec and Alberta throughout 2008.
