Neo Advertising and Dot One Join Forces in Iberian Market



    GENEVA, Feb. 4 /CNW/ - Swiss Neo Advertising today announced that it has
bought a significant equity interest in Dot One, the leading digital signage
company in the Iberian Peninsula.
    Dot One is one of the most experienced digital signage companies in the
Iberian market with operations in Portugal and Spain. Dot One operates more
than a 1,000 advertising screens all across Portugal and Spain comprising,
petrol stations (Cepsa, Repsol), hypermarkets (Auchan), corporate offices
(Novartis, Accenture), hospitals (Red Cross Hospital Lisbon), hotels, cinemas,
shopping centres, Universities, golf clubhouses, travel agencies and an
airline reaching 100 million contacts a year.

    Dot One is kept as the company name for both Portuguese and Spanish
markets, thus benefiting from a strong and established brand name. Portuguese
operations will be headed by actual CEO Antonio Galvao Lucas, whereas Spanish
operations will be in the hands of Carlos Bages actual CEO of Neo Advertising
Spain.
    Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
