VANCOUVER, Feb. 12 /CNW/ - Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. (the Company )
announces that further to its news release on November 6, 2007, the Company
has given notice to the Optionor to terminate the Option Agreement dated May
7, 2007. The Optionor has acknowledged the Termination Notice and confirmed
that the Company has met all its obligations and conditions under the Option
Agreement.
The decision to discontinue the Kleanza Project was based on the
consultant's advice that the Kleanza mineral claims in the Terrace area of
British Columbia have low probability of economic viability following results
of the rock chip geochemical sampling and the IP/Resistivity Survey.
The Company will continue looking for precious metals exploration
opportunities but will be focusing primarily on its Nass Bay project and other
significant business opportunities within the aggregate and gravel production.

THE CNQ HAS NOT REVIEWED, AND DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
ADEQUACY OR ACCURACY OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS NEWS RELEASE.
