N-able Technologies Invests in Partner Care and Post-Sales Support; Touts Technology Advancements



    Industry Influencer's New Technical Services Resources and Partner
    Development Team Strengthen Offerings, Notably Increasing Service and
    Support for MSP Partners

    OTTAWA, April 18 /CNW Telbec/ - Committed to exceeding partner

its Technical Services and Partner Development teams. These include:

    
    - A New Partner Support Environment for Technical Services - N-able has
      created three collaborative teams (Partner Services, Partner Support
      and Solutions Architects) to address partners' needs more directly and
      provide a higher level of technical support. As part of this new
      structure, N-able also adopted a single-owner service model, ensuring
      an issue remains the responsibility of a single Partner Support person.
    - The Addition of N-able's Partner Services Team - Recognized as the
      first line of support for N-able's managed service provider (MSP)
      partners, the Partner Services team was introduced to handle incoming
      technical support calls, book service tickets and work in tandem with
      N-able's Partner Support Analysts to troubleshoot and resolve technical
      support inquiries.
