Murgor releases drilling results from the Hudvam deposit and provides an update of exploration at the property

    MONTREAL, June 21 /CNW Telbec/ - Murgor Resources Inc. (MUG: TSX-V) is
pleased to announce that it has received the final results from its latest
drilling program at the Hudvam copper-zinc-gold deposit in Manitoba. From
January to April of 2007, Murgor completed 20 drill holes at Hudvam for a
total of 4,181 meters. Results from all the drill holes of the program are
reported below. Only the results from drill holes HVS07-15 and HVS07-16 had
not been reported to date. Twelve holes consisted of twin or infill drill
holes and all confirmed the historical data and proved the continuity of the
mineralization. Eight exploration holes were drilled to test the extensions of
existing ore lenses. An update of the exploration program and the company's
strategy at Hudvam are discussed below the tables of results in this release.

André C. Tessier, President & CEO of Murgor Resources reports: "This was a
great first phase of drilling at Hudvam and it bodes very well for the future.
The grades of the drill holes, the continuity of the mineralization and even
the potential for growth shown by our exploration holes, have all exceeded our
expectations. We are now discussing with representatives of the Manitoba
Department of Science, Technology, Energy and Mines to move forward on
permitting at Hudvam that would allow us to dewater and rehabilitate the
ramp."

    Hudvam Resource update:

In February of 2007, Murgor completed a NI 43-101 compliant resource
estimate at Hudvam. The resource estimation doubled the historical resource
for copper and zinc and increased the gold and silver resource by more than
145% relative to historical resources. The current 43-101 Inferred resource at
the Hudvam deposit stands at:

The resource estimation was calculated in copper equivalencies based on
the following price of metals: Copper (Cu) = USD$1.10 per pound,
Zinc (Zn) = USD$0.60 per pound, Gold (Au) = USD$475.00 per troy ounce, and
Silver (Ag) = USD$6.00 per troy ounce.

    Hudvam Exploration update:

Aside from the drill program described above, so far, Murgor completed a
103 kilometres ground magnetic survey and a 61 kilometres Infinitem survey
covering the Hudvam deposit and its extensions. Infinitem is a high
resolution, TDEM, ground geophysical configuration designed to detect
conductors to vertical depths well in excess of 300 metres.
Furthermore, an in depth compilation and reinterpretation of existing data
has shown that ore lenses plunge steeply towards the ENE contrary to the
previous interpretation that suggested a WSW plunge. Therefore, all lenses
remain largely open at depth in the newly interpreted down-plunge extension.
Murgor's in depth compilation of existing data on the property combined
with the ground geophysical surveys has outlined several high priority targets
in the immediate area surrounding the known mineralization and on the property
at large. These targets will be drill tested when drilling resumes at the
property.

    Hudvam Strategy and Future Exploration:

Murgor's objective at Hudvam is to earn a 100% interest in the property by
the third quarter of 2008 and complete a feasibility study of the deposit by
the end of year 2008. The preliminary work schedule to achieve this objective
is as follows.

    Summer-Fall of 2007:
    --------------------

    - Geological mapping, prospecting and sampling program designed to verify
the surface expression of the Infinitem conductors in the SW strike
      extension of the deposit.
    - Baseline environmental study of the Hudvam deposit area to accelerate
      future permitting and feasibility study.

    Winter of 2008:
    ---------------

    - In January of 2008, Murgor will have two drill rigs at the Hudvam
property. The objective of this drilling program is twofold:

      1. To test exploration targets at the property-scale including
Infinitem conductors and other targets generated during the summer
         of 2007.
      2. To upgrade the NI 43-101 compliant resource to the Indicated and
Measured categories. The drilling program is estimated to total
        7,000 meters.

    Spring to year end 2008:
    ------------------------

    - New NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate of the Hudvam deposit.
    - Feasibility study of the Hudvam deposit.

The Hudvam Deposit is located approximately 47 kilometers northeast of the
Town of Flin Flon in Manitoba and was optioned by Murgor Resources from HudBay
Minerals Inc. (HBM: TSX) in September of 2006. The Hudvam property consists of
18 claims covering 1,714 hectares. There is a 312 meter long ramp at the
deposit that could now be rehabilitated for quick development. The
mineralization at Hudvam consists of solid sulphide to sulphide breccia with
variable amounts of pyrite, chalcopyrite and sphalerite. The ore lenses trend
NNE and dip steeply at 75-80 degrees towards the SE and would be appropriate
for long-hole mining.
Chemical analyses reported in this press release were performed by TSL
Laboratories in Saskatoon. Base metals were analyzed through atomic absorption
spectrometry after a multi acid digestion whereas gold was analyzed by fire
assay Atomic Absorption using a 30g charge, with gravimetric finish for assays
greater than 3 g/t. Sampling and analytical procedures are subject to a
comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control program that includes
duplicate samples, blanks and analytical standards.
The Qualified Person in the field, as defined by NI-43-101, was Neil W.
