Corporation's (MADC) Annual General Meeting was held on June 10, 2008, at the
Bell Centre's La Mise au Jeu restaurant, to report on its activities of the
Carole Leblanc named new MADC President
The Montréal Automobile Dealers Corporation's newly-elected President is
Carole Leblanc, of Mercedes-Benz Laval. Carmine D'Argenio, of BMW & MINI de
Laval, is the new Vice-President of the MADC.
Stéphane St-Louis, outgoing MADC President of Domaine de l'Auto P.A.T.
Ltée (Mazda) and Domaine Suzuki, in Pointe-aux-Trembles, became President of
the 2009 Montreal International Auto Show (MIAS).

More than $1,100,000 donated since 2005
During the 2008 MIAS Charity Preview evening, the MADC's Charitable
Foundation donated $421,701 to five foundations affiliated with Greater
Montreal hospitals. They include: the Montréal Sacré-Coeur Hospital
Foundation, the Sir Mortimer B. Davis - Jewish General Hospital Foundation,
the Pierre-Boucher Hospital Foundation, the Centre hospitalier de l'Université
de Montréal Foundation and the McGill University Health Centre Foundation.
Ever since it premiered back in 2005, the event has donated over
$1,100,000 for various foundations of the Greater Montreal's health care
community. Now, for a fourth consecutive year, the organizers are proud to
offer their support to five foundations, each working towards improving the
state of health care in the Greater Montreal's medical community.
The automobile industry, which is always doing its part to improve the
well-being of its community, is proud to participate in community improvement
projects, year in and year out.
The Montréal Automobile Dealers Corporation is a non-profit organization
founded in 1913. The MADC organizes the Montreal International Auto Show. The
41st Edition of the MIAS will take place between January 16 and 25, 2009 at
the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
