VANCOUVER, April 29 /CNW/ - Mineral Hill Industries Ltd. ("MHI" or the
"Company") is pleased to announce that its common shares have been quoted on
the Pink Sheets Electronic Quotation Service under the ticker symbol "MHIFF".
MHI's listing on the OTC Pink Sheets is an initial step in enabling the
Company to increase its exposure to the U.S. markets.
Mineral Hill is a natural resource company engaged in the acquisition,
exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company's properties
are 100% interest in 35 mineral claims, covering 12,475 hectares situated in
the Skeena Mining Division in the Province of British Columbia.
The Company also has significant equity interests in Nass Valley Gateway
Ltd., ("NVG") a company listed on the Canadian National Stock Exchange
("CNSX"). NVG is an exploration company engaged in the acquisition,
exploration and development of rock quarry and mineral resource properties
primarily in Canada. NVG's main focus is its exploration concessions in the
Nass Bay region, situated in the Nisga'a Nation's lands and the adjacent
claims of Crown land in northern coastal British Columbia. Gitxat'in
Development Corporation (a private company of which the Laxgalts'ap Village
Government owns 100% of the outstanding shares on behalf of the community of
Greenville), controls the other significant equity interest in NVG. A National
Instrument 43-101 report dated February 19, 2008, prepared by Erika J. Shepard
and Tim Henneberry, P. Geo., an independent Qualified Person was filed on
SEDAR. NVG will carry out the two recommendations of the Technical Report,
namely an additional drilling program on the grid to expand the data base
regarding rock quality and extent, and a bulk sampling program for product
marketing and analysis as soon as financing is available.
