TORONTO, Feb. 12 /CNW/ - A disciplinary hearing in the Matter of Paul
Edward Lloyd was held today before a Hearing Panel of the Central Regional
Council of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") in Toronto,
Ontario. An Agreed Statement of Facts was presented to the Hearing Panel. In
the Agreed Statement of Facts and in oral submissions made during the Hearing,
the Respondent admitted the allegations set out by MFDA staff in the Notice of
Hearing dated October 26, 2007.
The Hearing Panel advised it would issue its written reasons and its
decision on appropriate sanction in due course.
