MFDA Adjourns Hearing in the Matter of Keybase Financial Group Inc. and Dax Sukhraj



    TORONTO, April 20 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada
("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Keybase Financial
Group Inc. and Dax Sukhraj by Notice of Hearing dated July 24, 2008.
    Upon hearing the submissions of the parties at the commencement of the
hearing on the merits today, the Hearing Panel adjourned the hearing on
consent of the parties to Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern),
or as soon thereafter as the hearing can recommence.
    A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at

dealers, regulating the operations, standards of practice and business conduct
