Mercer M&A Ready(TM) workshops address the human capital challenges in M&A transactions

    NEW YORK, March 22 /CNW/ - Human resource and other professionals with
companies considering or undergoing an M&A transaction can learn about the
"people" issues vital to the success of a deal at Mercer Human Resource
Consulting's M&A Ready workshops to be held in 15 cities around the world in
2007.

    Mercer's M&A Ready workshops are interactive sessions to help with the
planning and execution of the due diligence, integration planning and
implementation processes of a transaction. They are designed to prepare HR and
other professionals for the challenges of an M&A deal by identifying how HR
policies, a strategic focus on human capital and proven processes drive
successful transactions.

San Francisco, New York, Montreal, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Zurich,
