TORONTO, Dec. 16 /CNW/ - Medoro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: MRS) announced today the commencement of trading, effective at the opening of the TSX Venture Exchange on December 17, 2009, of 64,350,000 common share purchase warrants of Medoro that were issued on December 14, 2009 pursuant to the previously announced deemed exercise of its 128,700,000 special warrants issued on a private placement basis on November 3, 2009. Each common share purchase warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of Medoro at a price of $1.25 per share until November 3, 2011.
