Medical Intelligence signs first license agreement in the U.K. with Masternaut Three X for Urgentys Lone-Worker



    Initial agreement valued at CDN$440,000

    QUEBEC CITY, Aug. 12 /CNW/ - Medical Intelligence Technologies Inc.
(TSX-V: MIZ), a pioneer in the mobile telesecurity industry, today announced
that it has signed a licence agreement with Masternaut Three X, the Sunday
Times Tech Track 100 vehicle tracking and mobile resource management company
in the United Kingdom. This agreement signifies the beginning of a partnership
with Masternaut Three X that will see the Urgentys Assisted GPS Service
integrated into Masternaut Three X's best of breed fleet management software
to provide a seamless solution for lone workers in their expanding UK customer
base.
    The initial agreement is valued at GBP 216,000 (CDN $440,343) and
includes an initial order of Urgentys Lone Worker GPS emergency buttons.
Revenues will be accounted for upon delivery of the devices, which is
scheduled to begin at the end of the third quarter of 2008.
