Media/Photo Opportunity Advisory: Annual Children's Aid Foundation Teddy Bear Affair Will dazzle Toronto on November 17, 2007

TORONTO, Nov. 15 /CNW/ - More than 1,000 guests will support the
Children's Aid Foundation as they gather on Saturday, November 17 to celebrate
the Foundation's 21st annual Teddy Bear Affair at the Metro Toronto Convention
Centre.
As one of the best-known and attended social events in the city, this
year's Teddy Bear Affair, Teddy Sings the Blues, will delight guests with a
magical night of incredible prizes, exciting entertainment and delectable
cuisine.
Money raised at the event traditionally surpasses $1 million annually,
and, as always, 100 per cent of the funds raised from the event go towards
helping abused, neglected and high-risk children. We'd like to mention that
the goal is to raise $1.5 million this year.
A stylish new condominium from Cresford Developments is but one of many
innovative auction items designed to intrigue guests, while Canadian rock
music icon Tom Cochrane will perform live, and will be joined by Juno Award
nominee Sophie Milman, classic rock tribute band, the Carpet Frogs,
15-year-old blues/rock guitarist, Alex Tintinalli, Kollage and Canadian Idol
Finalist, Toya Alexis.
