Media/Photo Opportunity - Humber River Regional Hospital Foundation receives $40,000 grant from Ronald McDonald House Charities(R)



    TORONTO, March 8 /CNW/ - Ronald McDonald House Charities is proud to
support The Humber River Regional Hospital Foundation by providing a
$40,000 grant. The grant will be used to build a new children's play area and
resource centre in the pediatrics unit. To mark this occasion, the hospital
will be hosting a cheque presentation on Friday March 9th, 2007 at 1:00 p.m.
    This year, Humber River Regional Hospital (HRRH) is happy to be
celebrating its 10th birthday and thrilled to have recently been named the
first Centre of Excellence for Laparoscopic Bariatric surgery in Ontario.
Humber River is proud to be a full service hospital that responds to the needs
of Canada's fastest growing and most ethnically diverse community.
