OTTAWA, Nov. 2 /CNW/ - Members of the Canadian Convenience Stores
Association, tobacco manufacturers, law enforcement, First Nations
representatives, educators, government officials and retailers will meet in
Ottawa on November 2 to discuss the critical business and social problems
caused by contraband tobacco.
It will feature a keynote address by former RCMP Commissioner and
Interpol President, Norman Inkster who will discuss the criminal, social and
economic aspects of illegal cigarette sales.
Media are invited to attend Mr. Inkster's speech. He will be available to
answer media questions immediately following his remarks.
