summits will culminate in the ascent of a fourth named D'Artagnan

MONTREAL, April 13 /CNW Telbec/ - As part of the project titled Les trois mousquetons, Mr. Pierre Bruneau, the spokesman for the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau, is proud to invite the public and media representatives to join in the ascent of a fourth summit, Mount-Royal, on Thursday, April 15, 2010. Expected to attend this symbolic march are public personalities and the families and friends of children receiving treatment at the Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau at CHU Sainte-Justine. Among these children will be our three valiant musketeers, Émilie Dagenais, Kassandra Dufour and Raphaël Hamel.

Les trois mousquetons

This ambitious project will involve the simultaneous ascent of three mountains on three different continents, with the objective of reaching their respective summits on the same day. In April 2010, therefore, three teams of climbers (61 in total) will attempt the ascent to Everest Base Camp (Asia) and to the summits of Mount Kilimanjaro (Africa) and Mount Elbrous (Europe). The three summits will be reached on Thursday, April 15, 2010.
