    TORONTO, Sept. 29 /CNW/ -

WHAT: 3RD ANNUAL USE YOUR VOICE CHALLENGE
              -----------------------------------

In recognition of the October 1st launch of Child Abuse
Prevention month, Mayor David Miller, local media
personalities, government officials and the public will use
their voices against child abuse at the 3rd Annual Use Your
              Voice Challenge.

Participants of this friendly challenge will speak as loudly as
possible into a decibel-measurement device to determine who has
Toronto's strongest voice against child abuse. Besides the
bragging rights, the winner will be awarded a trophy in
recognition of their talent and contribution to the cause.
