    TORONTO, April 2 /CNW/ - Ok, it's the beginning of April and are you
struggling to keep your New Year's resolution like the rest of us? A recent
survey showed that only 30 per cent of Canadians who made a New Year's
resolution will keep it up to 6 months and moreover it is about this time that
they will start to falter. You don't have to give up, and you can even start

    Dr. Jean-Marc Assaad, Psychologist and Motivational Interviewing Expert,
is available to help motivate Canadians and teach them how to get their
resolution back on track. Dr. Assaad was a professor of psychology at McGill
University and has published numerous articles on individual differences in
motivation systems. He also offers motivational interviewing to individuals,
companies and organizations, including university and hospital centres and the
Correctional Service of Canada. Dr. Assaad is also the Director of the
Corporate Smoking Cessation Program at the McGill University Health Centre
(MUHC), in affiliation with the Royal Victoria Hospital and the Montreal Chest
