What: Walk-n-Roll walk-a-thon for Variety - the Children's Charity, in
support of Variety Village. This is a family-oriented, community
fundraising event that's fun for everyone. Money raised will help fund
integrated fitness programs that make a profound difference in the spirit
and lives of children and youth with disabilities across Ontario.
Who: Variety in Ontario works with young people with disabilities and
those who face developmental barriers to achieve their life potential.
Variety is a world recognized authority providing integrated sports and
life skills programs and applied research and learning programs that
change children's lives and strengthen communities.
When: Sunday, September 23, 2007, rain or shine.
Where: Variety Village, 3701 Danforth Ave. Scarborough, ON M1N 2G2
(Danforth Ave. just east of Birchmount Rd.).
Why you should attend: People of all ages and all abilities should attend
for an accessible, fun-filled, and inclusive way to help raise funds,
create awareness of and support for Variety Village's integrated programs
