WHY: The economy may be trending down, but you wouldn't know it from
Canadians' ongoing love affair with natural health products and
organics. In fact, sales remain bullish, with a healthy
$1 billion in 2006 reported for certified organic products and a
projected $2.75 billion for natural health products for 2010.
Clearly, when budgets need to be trimmed, Canadians keep their
health and their healthy choices a high priority. Smart
            Canadians.

Expo West is produced by the Canadian Health Food Association,
www.chfa.ca, the largest organization dedicated to the natural
and organic products industry in Canada.
