Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity - Eugene Melnyk to Make Sponsorship Announcement in Support of Courage Canada



    TORONTO, June 25 /CNW/ - Eugene Melnyk, owner of the Ottawa Senators and
the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors, has signed on as lead sponsor of Mark
DeMontis' Quest to the West in support of Courage Canada
(www.couragecanada.ca).
    On June 27th, 2009, Mark DeMontis, who is legally blind, will begin an
epic 5,000 kilometre in-line skate from his community of Weston in Toronto, ON
to Vancouver, BC to raise awareness and donations for Courage Canada, the
not-for-profit organization he founded in 2008 focussed on funding
learn-to-skate programs and skill development programs  for blind and visually
impaired youth across Canada.
    Mr. Melnyk will be available at 9:20 am for comments and photo
opportunities prior to the official kick-off announcement at 10:00 a.m.
