        In advance of the IALI opening on Wednesday, the International Labour
        Organization (ILO) holds a workshop from 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.,
        Ontario Room, InterContinental Toronto Centre, 225 Front Street West
    9:30 a.m.    Pandemic Planning - What's a Small Business to Do?
                 --------------------------------------------------
    -   This workshop will describe what types of things businesses should
        expect in the event of a pandemic, and outline a simple process for
        developing contingency plans.
    10:00 a.m.   Link 2007 Youth Health & Safety Forum
                 -------------------------------------
    LINK is an IAPA youth outreach initiative aimed at raising awareness
    about young worker health and safety. LINK 2007 Youth Health & Safety
    Forum delegates attend a showcase of talent featuring performances of
    teen-produced original productions on young worker health and safety, as
    well as hear personal stories from several young worker advocates.
    -   Presentations from finalists in drama competition:
        -  Northview Heights Secondary School, Toronto
        -  Stratford Northwestern Secondary School
    11:15 a.m.   The Balance of Living Well

    -   Nutritionist, chef, author and public speaker Rose Reisman discusses
        how to achieve a better balance in life to become more fulfilled day
        to day.
    -   Violence in the Workplace - The New Focus
        -----------------------------------------
        This session gives some insight into how widespread the problem is,
        its impact on the workplace, the risk factors of violence, and what
        tools there are to access the risk of violence hazards.
    -   Noise: What is the Law and How do I Comply?
        -------------------------------------------
        This session provides an overview of the current legislation and the
        changes taking effect July 1, 2007.
