Media Advisory Speech from the Throne - Thursday November 29, 2007



    QUEEN'S PARK, Nov. 28 /CNW/ - The first session of the 39th Parliament
will open with the Speech from the Throne on Thursday, November 29, 2007.
    The Honourable David C. Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will read
the speech in the Legislative Chamber, commencing at 2:00 p.m.
    Journalists requiring accreditation for the Legislative Building should
contact Gerald Christopher, Queen's Park Press Gallery Coordinator, at
416-325-7922.
    During the speech, access to the public galleries by still photographers
will be limited. Still photographers wanting access to the public galleries
should contact Gerald Christopher, Queen's Park Press Gallery Coordinator at

    Embargoed copies of the Throne Speech will be available to accredited
media at the Premier's Media Office, Room 357 of the Legislative Building,
beginning at 12:45 p.m.
    Premier Dalton McGuinty will be available to the media following the
reading of the speech in the Government Caucus Room, Room 247 of the
