    TORONTO, May 29 /CNW/ - Despite legislated human rights protections for
lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) individuals in Canada,
workplace barriers for LGBT employees persist creating a potential loss to
organizations needing to competitively engage and retain top talent. Fostering
more inclusive workplaces is critical to develop and sustain marketplace
advantage.

    
    WHAT:  Catalyst will release new findings from its latest research report
           Building LGBT-Inclusive Workplaces: Engaging Organizations and
