Media Advisory: Foreign aid experts available for comment on federal budget announcement



    TORONTO, Jan. 26 /CNW/ - Representatives of Plan Canada are available for
interviews to explain how any changes to Overseas Development Assistance
expenditures will impact Canada's ability to help people in the developing
world. Plan is one of the world's largest international development
organizations.
