Media Advisory - Wish comes true for 13 year old Doaktown boy

    WHAT:     13 year old Evan Pratt from Doaktown will be receiving his wish
              - a new above ground swimming pool and deck. Evan, who has
              severe chronic asthma, has his wish coming true thanks to The
              Children's Wish Foundation - New Brunswick Chapter and the
              generosity of the residents of Doaktown and the surrounding
              communities.

    BACKGROUND:

    Established in 1984, The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada is a
national non-profit organization dedicated to fulfilling a favorite wish for
children diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. Since its inception,
Children's Wish has granted more than 14,000 wishes for children and their
families and fulfills approximately 900 wishes annually -- each being an
individual adventure, carefully structured to meet the needs of that
