Media Advisory - Vancouver 2010 news release and media availability on February 12 for Call for Volunteers and two-year countdown activities



    VANCOUVER, Feb. 11 /CNW/ - Tuesday, February 12 marks the two-year
countdown to the 2010 Winter Games. The Vancouver Organizing Committee for the
2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC) and Workopolis have scheduled
a number of media opportunities in Vancouver, Whistler and Squamish for the
day to discuss the Call for Volunteers and the two-year countdown milestone. A
detailed Vancouver 2010 news release regarding the Call for Volunteers will be
issued at 4:30 am PST/7:30 am EST.
    All media availabilities below will be conducted in a casual, scrum-style
