Passport Canada recently launched two new initiatives:

    - A Simplified Passport Renewal Process, which allows Canadians who
currently hold a valid passport and meet eligibility criteria to renew
their passport without submitting proof of citizenship or a guarantor
      declaration.
    - A New Guarantor Policy, which allows most Canadian adult passport
holders to act as guarantors for first-time applicants.

For more information on these initiatives, please visit Passport Canada's
website at www.passportcanada.gc.ca.

Passport application forms can be obtained at any Passport Canada office,
Service Canada Centre or Canada Post office. The form can also be downloaded
from Passport Canada's website.
