Media Advisory - The Hon. Iain Black to present 2008 Time to Read Early Literacy Award



    VANCOUVER, Oct. 21 /CNW/ - The BC Achievement Foundation's 2008 Award for
Early Literacy will be presented on October 22, 2008 at Panorama Heights
Elementary School in Coquitlam, BC. The Time to Read Award is a national book
award honouring the author and the illustrator of a children's book suitable
for kindergarten students. The winning book is distributed to all kindergarten
children in British Columbia by the Ministry of Education.
