CASA has outlined its recommendations for the Federal Budget in a
submission to Finance Minister Flaherty, encouraging the need for investments
in post-secondary education in order to produce reinforcing effects of
stimulating the economy, while easing the burden that Canadian education
institutions and their students face given the current economic circumstances.
CASA was the only national student body asking for PSE infrastructure
spending in its submission to the Finance Minister. The complete pre-budget
