to an Open Letter on the United Nations Declaration On the Rights of
Indigenous Peoples

WENDAKE, QC, May 14 /CNW Telbec/ - The Chief of the Assembly of First Nations of Quebec and Labrador (AFNQL), Mr. Ghislain Picard, accompanied by representatives of the Quebec Native Women (QNW), of the CCMM/CSN, FRAPRU, Amnesty International and the Ligue des droits et libertés, will be addressing the media tomorrow, to present an open letter on the United Nations Declaration. Also, Mr. Picard will make public the details surrounding the mission of the AFNQL at the United Nations at the 8th session of the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues.
