Canada (SEPAC) is hosting its Speaker Series luncheon on March 11, 2008 with
guest Mr. Preston Manning.
Mr. Manning is President & CEO of the Manning Centre for Building
Democracy and a Senior Fellow of the Fraser Institute. He is perhaps best
known for his founding of two political parties - the Reform party of Canada
and the Canadian Reform Conservative Alliance - both of which became the
official Opposition in the Canadian Parliament.
