Media Advisory - Seniors In North West To Benefit From Landmark Aging At Home Strategy



    TORONTO, June 20 /CNW/ - As part of the province's $1.1 billion Aging at
Home Strategy, Michael Gravelle, Minister of Northern Development and Mines
and MPP for Thunder Bay-Superior North and Bill Mauro, MPP Thunder
Bay-Atikokan, will unveil new Aging at Home vans and local programming
designed to improve access to community care for seniors in the North West
Local Health Integration Network (LHIN).
    A photo op includes seniors interacting with the Minister, MPP and a
number of new vans that will offer Ontario's elderly rides to appointments.
