Vice-President, Economics, Corporate Affairs and Deputy Chief Economist Peter
Hall will brief media on the results of EDC's latest Trade Confidence Index
(TCI) on Thursday, January 24th at 10:30 AM EST. The TCI tracks confidence
levels in global and domestic sales and economic conditions, and international
trade opportunities by Canada's exporting companies. Mr. Hall will also be
providing an update of EDC's Global Export Forecast.
