ST. STEPHEN, NB, July 30 /CNW Telbec/ - Public Service Alliance of Canada
(PSAC) members who work for the federal government at the Canadian Food
Inspection Agency, Parks Canada, Canada Border Services Agency and Canada Post
Corporation will gather at the U.S. border at St. Stephen to talk to the
public about their current bargaining situation and explain why many of them
are still without contracts.
PSAC represents over 160,000 workers nationally, including about 17,500
in the Atlantic region. The majority of them have been without a contract for
more than a year.
