Waterfront Toronto is holding the technical briefing to provide details
on the draft Terms of Reference for the Gardiner Expressway Environmental
Assessment (EA) and Integrated Urban Design Study.
Developed using input collected over months of public consultation, the
terms of reference define critical elements of the study, including its goals,
alternatives for consideration, evaluation process and consultation plan.

The draft Terms of Reference will be discussed at City Council's
Executive Committee meeting on June 2nd. We are not able to share details of
the draft Terms of Reference until they have been shared with Councillors and
publically posted as part of the agenda for Executive Committee. The agenda is
usually circulated and posted five business days in advance of the meeting,
however there have been delays in circulating and posting the agenda for this
meeting and we have had to delay the technical briefing.
