PICKERING, ON, June 1 /CNW/ - The City of Pickering will be holding a
celebration reception to introduce the primary tenant of its new 132,000
square foot LEED certified Class A office tower, which will begin construction
in July 2009.
At the event, 20 Vic Management Inc., the developer of the project, and
co-host of the reception, will provide guests with additional project details,
and also present a rendering of the office tower. Mayor Dave Ryan will outline
the City's vision for its downtown core and how the office tower will be a
catalyst for the transformation of this key economic centre.
