Media Advisory - Paul Moist, CUPE National President speaks to local labour leaders on the dire consequences of P3s and the threat to Cornwall



    CORNWALL, ON, Sept. 18 /CNW Telbec/ - Paul Moist, National President of
the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), will speak to local labour
leaders about the threat of using a P3 (public-private partnership) to build
the proposed new arena in Cornwall, Ontario. CUPE has had a great deal of
experience dealing with such projects and has taken a strong stance against
such costly and flawed enterprises.
    Please join CUPE president Paul Moist and CUPE leadership from the
Cornwall area for dinner and to hear Mr. Moist speak on this vital issue.
