    OSHAWA, ON, March 16 /CNW/ - After losing a hockey bet with Stephen
Colbert of The Colbert Report, Oshawa Mayor John Gray is living up to his end
of the bargain by celebrating "Stephen Colbert Day" on his own birthday,
March 20. The line-up for Oshawa's "Grin and Bear It" festival follows the
spirit of the wager with the central themes of hockey and comedy.
