    TORONTO, April 15 /CNW/ - The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police's
(OACP) will kick off its 2009 Crime Prevention Campaign, which will focus on
auto theft and insurance fraud. This province-wide educational campaign aims
to raise public awareness about ways Ontarians can prevent crimes before they
