Media Advisory - Ontario Fire College hosts 20th annual Firefighters' Memorial Day service

    What:     The Ontario Fire College will host the 20th annual
              Firefighters' Memorial Day service to honour all Ontario
              firefighters, including those who have died in the line of
              duty.

              The day's activities will include a parade of firefighters in
              their dress uniforms, a memorial service and a wreath laying
              ceremony. All are an expression of the important contributions
              of past and present firefighters as they continue to preserve
              the safety and well being of all Ontarians.

              The Ontario Fire College has hosted the annual service since
              1988. The public is invited to attend.

              Dr. Fred McLennan, Principal, Ontario Fire College
              Reverend Dr. Jim Sitler, Chaplain, Ontario Fire College
              Fire service personnel and their families from across Ontario
