    TORONTO, Oct. 8 /CNW/ - The Ontario Divisional Court is scheduled to hear
an Application concerning the Bloor Street Transformation (BST) Project
tomorrow, October 9 at 10:00 a.m. The Application seeks a delay of the BST.
    Well-known Toronto lawyer, Clayton Ruby, of the law firm Ruby & Edwardh,
making the Application on behalf of William Ashley China, will be available to
take questions upon conclusion of tomorrow's hearing, which is expected to be
