Media Advisory - On June 10th, Indulgence becomes a Virtue

    WHAT:
    Toronto Taste, the city's premier gourmet graze, which raises
    desperately-needed funds for Second Harvest.

    WHO:
    Over 50 of the city's top chefs, including Mark McEwan, Jamie Kennedy,
    and Dufflet Rosenberg, plus 30 artisan wineries and breweries, fabulous
    musicians, and 1200 guests combine forces to raise money to help feed
    those in need in Toronto.

    WHEN:
    Sunday, June 10th - 6:00 p.m.

    WHERE:
    Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre
    6 Garamond Court, Toronto
    (Don Mills and Eglinton)

    WHY:
    Toronto Taste is a fundraiser in support of Second Harvest, a not-for-
    profit charity. Every day, Second Harvest picks up donated fresh food,
    which would otherwise have gone to waste, and delivers that food to
    social service programs throughout the city. Second Harvest currently
    provides food for about 13,000 meals a day to children in breakfast
    programs, seniors on fixed incomes, women fleeing domestic abuse,
    psychiatric patients, homeless people, and many others who have fallen on
    hard times.
