Who is the Puzzle maker? Patient/Caregiver Perspectives on Navigating Health
Services in Ontario, this Thursday, June 12. The report draws on several
sources including 10 Ontario focus groups this spring in Toronto, Ottawa,
Kingston, Sudbury and Ingersoll and results from a general population survey
and research on public expectation and patient experience of health
integration.
