on the first ever MONOPOLY Here & Now: The World Edition game board. Montreal
will occupy the dark blue property traditionally owned by Boardwalk.
Join Mayor Gérald Tremblay, Isabelle Hudon President and CEO of the Board
of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal, President and CEO of Tourisme Montréal,
Charles Lapointes, Raymond Bachand, Minister of Economic Development,
Innovation and Export Trade and Minister of Tourism, and Mr. Monopoly at Quays
of the Old-Port of Montreal, Place des Vestiges, TODAY, Wednesday, August 20th
to celebrate! Beginning at 12:00 p.m., people will have the opportunity to
travel around the world on a life-sized MONOPOLY board, experiencing the
culture and traditions of some of the world's greatest cities. To help
celebrate the launch in jet-set style, Expedia.ca, Canada's most visited
full-service online travel service, will be giving away a trip for two to any
destination on the board.
